THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTTEST OF ALL THE CHILIES. It sounds silly to say this, but be careful. This chili is so hot that it can take your breath away. |

STEP #1
Ingredients: chili habanero and garlic.
Wash the chilies well.
(Mexico is full of jokes about foreigners taking a bite, even a small bite, of habanero and gasping for air.) |

STEP #2
Grill the habaneros until cooked through. Turn as needed.

STEP #3
Drop the garlic in the blender. |

STEP #4
Drop in the habaneros. |
|
|
STEP #5
Add a little water. |
|

STEP #6
Blend until everything is in little bits.
Pour, enjoy the fire, but carefully, please! |
